Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Fancy Jewellery. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns or refunds.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Time Frame: You can return or exchange an item within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The product must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original tags, packaging, and receipts intact.
  • Exclusions: Customized, personalized, or special-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team at support@fancyjewellery.in or call us at within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, the product you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. You may also provide images of the item if there are any defects or issues.
  3. Approval: Once your return request is processed and approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and the return address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Domestic Returns: The cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • International Returns: For international orders, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping charges and any customs duties or taxes.
    Return will be accepted within 3-5 bussiness days

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note, processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Refund Amount: You will receive a refund for the item price, excluding shipping fees. If you received the item as part of a promotion or free shipping offer, the total amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with pictures and a description of the issue. We will either send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Note: We are unable to accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to availability.
  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, please contact customer service to confirm availability before returning the original item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-designed, engraved, or personalized jewelry
  • Sale or clearance items

  • The product should not have been altered or resized by a third party.
  • Returns or exchanges that do not comply with our policy may result in a partial refund or the item being sent back to you.

Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10 days from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
